- Emplacement : proche des sentiers de randonnées vers Mafate. - Appartement du RDC spacieux, lumineux, confortable et très propre. Eau chaude à disposition après une journée de rando. - Cadre de vie agréable et place de parking à disposition et en sécurité.

- Insonorisation : les bruits de pas au plafond. - Suggestion : un rideau pour séparer la chambre et le salon.
