Small, fully functional, wonderful architectural design, comfy bed and strong WIFI

Construction noise from next door made it impossible to enjoy the small balcony

The property was amazing, very comfortable, very clean, equipped and modern. The hosts both the husband and the wife are amazing, they picked us up from the airport and as well they took us back and they gave us recommendations for places and were always available for help. Also we didn’t see any issue with the location, we were a family of 4, with 2 small children and we felt very safe. It is literally 5 min walk to the center of the city.

There is an issue with humidity, i would just recommend dehumidifier.

"Superb"

Nice flat. A bit scared at first as you are going down but there's actually a private entrance to the flat. You can park the car just in front of the apartment, in a closed courtyard. Lovely host All amenities available

"Great holiday in Catania"

Great location, in the center near the fish/fruit/vegetables market. Studio with enough space for 2 people, everything was clean and available to us. Great host who gave us a valuable introduction to most important sites and great recommendations for best restaurants around the area at the best prices. Much appreciated all the advice, as we actually went and have lunch/dinner to those restaurants and we had a great time enjoying good quality Sicilian food, as locals did! Totally recommend this location!

"Good apartment"

Good apartment, in the city center (2 minutes walking to Ursino castle), 10 minutes walking to Catedrale (maybe less), restaurants 2 minutes away. Clean. Good comunication with the host. You can pay for parking into an inner courtyard, 10 euros per day, wich is nice being that parking is pretty hard to find. 15 minutes driving to the airport. The host left us water, coffee and some snacks. I recommend it!

There wasn't much not to like really... A dehumidifier would be great, even when there are no guests, to keep the air clean and fresh. Soundproof not so great, you can hear those above you, but this seems to be a problem in Sicily in general. And the sofa bed could be improved (not so confortable). All in all, I would definitely stay here again.
