"Außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattete Unterkunft am Rande von Maribors Altstadt"

Das Studio liegt nah an der Altstadt, fußläufig nach Lent und zu Maribors Hauptattraktion der ältesten Weinrebe der Welt. Vom Hauptbahnhof sind es knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig. Herausragend ist jedoch die Ausstattung: von allen notwendigen Ķüchenutensilien abgesehen, wurden durch den Gastgeber auch die wichtigsten Verbrauchsgegenstände wie Salz, Essig & Öl, Kaffee sowie Spülmaschinentabs und Waschpulver zur Verfügung gestellt, was für uns einen echten Mehrwert bedeutet hat.

Für Raucher und Menschen mit Gehschwierigkeiten ist diese Ferienwohnung eher unpraktisch, da diese im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug liegt.

"V centru města a přesto v klidu"

Apartmán téměř v centru města, avšak na klidném místě. Do apt vede podstatně dost schodů, s čímž jsme počítali a nevadilo nám to. Chválím síťky proti hmyzu, kávový koutek a pračku v koupelně.

Rozložitelná sedačka (manželská postel) byla nepohodlná a hrozně vrzala. Na opěrkách sedačky bylo množství dámských tmavých vlasů. Krom toho se ale úklid zdál dostačující.

"A lovely stop at Maribor"

A very cozy and spotless apartment with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The owners greeted us personally and were a pleasure to talk to. It’s located in a quiet yet central part of Maribor, with convenient street parking available. From the window, you can enjoy a view of a 15th-century guard tower. The bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and other thoughtful touches. There was also plenty of storage space, making it easy to fit all our luggage comfortably. Absolutely recommended and will consider future stays!

It was not a problem for us, but some people might find it difficult to climb 64 stairs to the top as there is no elevator.
