The apartment was on a good location for what we needed (it's outside of the city centre), but there's a lot of parking spaces outside of the building. We were allowed to stay a bit longer for our check out time

The communication with the owner was lacking. The check-in was later than indicated (that's why we were allowed to stay longer before checking out). The apartment would need some refreshing and a bit of cleaning.
