Cubo's Casa Lucia Private Pool

the property was open on arrival and the owner (who lives on site / next door) came round to give us keys. The outside kitchen was pretty well equipped; air con worked well in all rooms; plenty of hangers in the bedrooms

the blind in the 'loft room' was broken in the velux window, which meant it was very bright and hot the minute the sun came up. I sent a message to the owner asking for help but didn't get a response. We had to put a towel over the window! Had daily visits from two cats and two dogs ... very friendly but one of the cats was very vocal to be fed ... and they use the grass area on the far side of the pool as their toilet... . Mattresses were comfy but the sheets didn't fit and no mattress protectors; swimming pool was dirty; stains on the sofa and rug in the living room. Very creaky floorboards and stairs so not ideal for those in the bedroom downstairs!

Tired outside, but, spoke to owner, all sorted quickly..

Perfect location to local town, good cooking facilities with a great bbq. Outdoor space was good.

Very squeaky floor boards and a couple in sealed walls which makes it very load between rooms. Wasn’t a proper hard boundary between owner’s property.

The property was stunning. Loaction was fantastic. Only 5 minute walk to shops, resturants and bars etc. Hosts we're pleasent and accommodating.

Several cats around property and they would enter the house if doors were left open. Property not ideal for young children. Upstairs windows didn't lock and outside area was not contained.
