"Excellent Stay for Families"

The location of this unit is great for families. Access to the pool and beach was really convenient. The unit itself was quiet, located at the end of the building. Quick communication from host when needed.

Just some suggestions to make it easier for future guests: Booklet/information explaining the wifi login, checkout procedure, area, access to grounds, jetty to beach times, how to work induction stove, apps for ordering, etc. We would have also liked some water bottles for the first day and dish soap/towels. We purchased our own, but those would have been convenient to have upon check-in. The TV also didn't work, so perhaps it could be checked on for future guests. There was no access to channels. The Netflix app wouldn't load even when reset, YouTube sort of worked but was grainy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but just a bit of feedback to improve for future guests.

The master bedroom's bathroom/ toilet was not cleaned when we got to the apartment. Had to contact host to have a cleaner come up to clean the toilet bowl. It was quite disgusting. The basin wasn't clean either. The basin stopper was broken and water was accumulating. The plumber/technician came an hour after the complain.

Everything! Very clean tidy apartment! It has everything you need for a family with small kids. We stayed here for 5 nights and it felt like home. Situated in Laguna and minutes away from Boat Avenue and Port De Phuket. Lovely swimming pool. Apartment comes with bath towels and pool towels. Please note this is not a hotel so you would need to take toothpaste etc. Hair is provided. The host is lovely and responds immediately to any questions. We even rented a car from her which was very convenient! We will definitely be back!
