Early Sunrise - Entire House in Withernsea

Everything about the place was just fantastic.

Nothing at all.

Location was good. Easy walk to the beach. Bedrooms really pleasant. Large enclosed garden.

Found the lounge rather cluttered Too many large floor standing plants and on cills. Bathroom nicely appointed but always chilly even with heating. Garden a little scruffy round the edges. An outside light in the garden would have been useful. Attention to detail required on the cleaning. Glasses, teapot, toilet, window cills. Out of date biscuits, cakes left in the cupboards along with health/ vitamins, various teas and coffees.

The bungalow was extremely comfortable, clean and so cosy. The enclosed back garden was fabulous and a brilliant location. Would highly recommend and will book again.

The property was a good size with secure large garden. Close to the beach, around a 5 minute walk. Close to supermarkets. Beautifully decorated for Christmas Candles and welcome drink was a lovely touch. Comfy living space Easy to access property with key safe Owners contact details readily available

This property could be perfect if a few things were changed! Kitchen utensils were dirty and hair in drawer...we washed everything again. Air fryer was greasy and not washed. The bed.....please get new beds! Extremely creaky and small doubles! We're both 5'10 tall and our feet were overhanging!! Metal beds, not very comfy. Bathroom, no extractor fan so gets drenched in condensation. Toilet needs limescale removed. Oven needs cleaning, smoky when switched on. Minor thing....maybe swap washing machine for a dishwasher?? Might help the fact that crockery wasn't clean.

Nice quiet location but not too far to the beach and the town. Lovely dog secure garden. Long driveway for parking and was able to unload the car straight into the kitchen. All of the rooms are decorated and furnished beautifully.. Great shower with easy access. Would be fantastic in summer with the sun room, decking and garden to enjoy.
