HIŠA KAPIŠ with HOT TUBE

Beautifully decorated apartment with absolutely everything you might need, so many lovely details and such amazing surroundings. Loved our stay and would recommend it to everyone.

Super bright lights all night outside the apartment were very annoying.

We were positively shocked with the apartment. The place is so nice and comfortable that you'd wish you have it all the same at your own home. Kids loved the hot tub and the ping pong and we all liked the opportunity to make barbecue for dinner. The surroundings are really great and the beaches are not too far away.

Everything in the appartment looked brand new, is nicely decorated and spotless. The bed is comfy. The host was very responsive.

It was quite isolated, so you needed a car for any excursion and could not really come back after a visit to take a shower before going to dinner. If you stay on site, that is of course not an issue. While the kitchen is well equipped. Having breakfast at the tiny table outside was a challenge. Consider taking a larger appartment if you plan to cook and have some meals on site. There was no extraction in the bathroom which may bring humidity over time.

The rooms are great as well as the facilities (game room, 2 hot tubes, terrasse, pretty recent room facilities). From the house we can visit south west of Slovenia and Istria (north of Croatia) as well.

What is not to like. The house we stayed in had everything you need. Big kitchen, nice bedrooms, great shower with lovely scented shampoo (big plus). The terrace in the shadow is perfect and large. And the jacuzzi is amazing. The setting is romantic and also the kids enjoyed it a lot during the day (you could play with the temperature). For us the location was not a problem, it is a bit in no-man's-land. It was quiet and felt exclusive.

Absolutely nothing. The twin bed could be better but its already better than the average holiday house.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the host, Polona, gave us a warm welcome and even treated us with some delightful treats. Her hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay. This hotel is very special, perfectly suited for those who appreciate breathtaking landscapes, peace, and authenticity. The serene surroundings and stunning views made our stay unforgettable. If you're looking for a place that combines natural beauty with genuine hospitality, this is it. Highly recommended!

We had a really wonderful stay at Hiša Kapiš, in the larger studio/1BR apartment. The space was very well designed and nicely decorated, and everything was in perfect working order and spotlessly clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location is so peaceful! Very solid wifi connection, too, which was important because the mobile connection was spotty.

It felt a bit dark inside at times, but we spent a lot of time there during the day (working remotely), and since it was still early spring we couldn't take full advantage of the sunny terrace. Very good lighting helped make up for the lack of natural light, and if you are out during the day it's unlikely to be a concern. The kitchen was well-stocked but small (it is a small apartment, after all), so while it's perfectly adequate for making simple meals it might be challenging to cook anything more elaborate.
