Uncleaned hob, oven, and wire racks need cleaning, all the pans we used needed cleaning, the large frying pan needs to be thrown out, all cutlery needed cleaning as the draw and tray were dirty. After finding these initial issues, we decided to clean all the plates and wipe down the storage cupboards. The dishwasher needs fixing in place, as it has moved to the right, as when trying to open the door, it fouls the oven door handles. It would be useful if there were a coat stand or hooks for coats. The outside security light was not working.We found a clump of long auburn hair behind the bathroom door, and we did not use draws in the double bedroom as they were dirty. It would be nice if both sides of the bed had a bedside table or shelf for cups,phones&books, the same could be said for the bathroom, no shelf storage. This is not meant to be a critical review, just an honest reflection of what we found.

GBGBLovely place; the pictures don't really do it justice. When we arrived the house was really warm despite the bitter cold temp and snow outside. Comfy beds, great facilities, good communication from hosts. Barn in name....but definitely not a barn in nature! Would recommend!

GBIt was lovely and warm on arrival. Furnished to a high standard with everything included that I required for my 5 night stay. Bed was comfortable and shower was an enjoyable experience.

GBThe information that Edward gave us before our stay was useful and comprehensive. The location was perfect for an event at The Grange. Cosy living room. Good to have off road parking.
It felt as though it is work in progress, though fine for my friend and I for one night. We had to be careful on the outside steps in the rain. Very small fridge if there was a family, though again fine for two of us.

GBA beautiful property with everything you need for a comfortable stay, even private parking, well thought out and spotlessly clean. Communication with the owner/cleaning lady was excellent. Unfortunately we were only there for 1 night but would have loved to have stayed longer.
