Mi-a placut apartamentul, pozitionarea acestuia foarte avantajoasa pentru mine, fiind foarte aproape, la cateva minute de mers pe jos, de ARENA Oradea unde se tin concerte. Un apartament care se vede ca a fost facut cu suflet, placut, calitativ, intr-un complex de blocuri noi, foarte sigur, cu parcare. Gazda foarte amabila si receptiva la sugestii. Daca voi mai veni la evenimente in Oradea, voi reveni, in caz ca va fi liber. Recomand cu caldura!

Apartamentul este poziționat excelent și are tot ce I trebuie, recomand cu caldura.Mobilat modern, utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie.  Am obținut de la proprietar toate info de care am avut nevoie și a fost interesat sa avem un sejur cât mai plăcut.

Apartamentul este într un complex rezidențial nou.

Este loc de mai bine la curățenie, am găsit par pe jos, pilota și pernele sunt puțin pătate. Lipseau unele lucruri la bucătărie(rola de bucatarie, filtru cafea)
