The location was very safe and clean environment. Swimming pool was cleaned every two days and felt good and perfect for a family trip. Communication with the owner was very helpful..

The only thing that was missing was the electric fly light.

Our flight arrived late, so arrangements were made for Cynthia to meet up with us on our arrival. She was very welcoming and showed us around the villa, which is situated in a secured location (a bonus). The 3 main bedrooms were fairly spacious, with air con. The no.1 bedroom had an en suite bathroom, which I and my husband occupied. We appreciated the privacy. In the evening, we could go out onto the roof as there was a seating area that was larger than the spa pool area. Any concerns we had were dealt with fairly quickly.

The 4th bedroom did not have a wardrobe, which meant you had to live out of a suitcase. Air con would also have made it more comfortable. Black out curtains for the lounge would be useful as the glare of the sun made it difficult to watch tv. Although we're out most of the day, our grandchild would be up early, and to keep occupied, she'd watch tv. We, ourselves, would like to keep up with the current affairs on tv, but the glare made it impossible. WiFi signal did not reach the bedrooms. On request, we were provided with an extender, which was plugged into one of the bedrooms. This worked out OK for the person using that room. The spa pool, despite being cleaned out twice a week, would have particles of soil sinking to the bottom. This was due to construction in the area. It would have been nice to have a full-length mirror. The paint in the bathrooms was peeling.

The villa was big enough and clean. It was a little bit further away from the beach and shops than expected. The caretaker Cynthia was so lovely, and communication with Maison Real Estate Team was good. We requested extra towels (bath/kitchen) and bed linen, which was delivered the following day.

The villa was definitely a bit further from the shops and the beach than we would have hoped. Also, the neighbour at number 9. What a snitch and telling us we couldn't do certain things, which we clarified with the caretaker. Bizin un ou deux petard ek voisin.

Clean. Comfortable. Secure.

Pool was smaller than expected. Had an issue with a water connection, plumber had to come to address the issue.

Nothing
