Only focussed on enforcing their own policies to which they were strict, however wherever they made any faux pas, they didn’t care to share that with the guest

Adobe by the Beach was such a wonderful place to stay. The views from the room were absolutely beautiful — watching surfers out on the ocean was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The breakfast was great, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and felt truly luxurious. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. A special thank you to Sumudu and Rashitha, who were always ready to help with anything we needed. They were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and attentive, and they really made us feel well taken care of. Their kindness added a very personal and memorable touch to the experience. We truly felt looked after here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. A fantastic stay!

Great location, beautiful views and comfortable rooms. The staff were absolutely superb, welcoming and made our stay memorable.

At times there were challenges with the aircon & breakfast was too limited.

Amazing location eight opposite a surf break, great to be the first one in the sea for a morning surf. The room was spacious and had direct views onto the sea. The bathtub was a delight. Two AC units in the room made sure the temperature is always ideal. Very helpful staff and delicious breakfast.

It was a pity that the kitchen and restaurant was closed during our stay, would have been better to have food there instead of walking on the main road to other places. The road here is rather busy. It would be great to have double glazed windows so the road noise is better insulated in the room. It would also be helpful to have hangers for clothes.
