Same as my previous review the place is filthy, the mattresses are all stains and the blankets are thin and bad quality like the pillows, there needs to be more than one toilet and the showers also there needs to be repairs done and fix the kitchen area to a more suitable standard, as I mentioned in my previous that I accidently spilled a glass of orange over the crap blanket so I put it in the shower to clean the blanket so it could go into the washing machine, I was to check out of one room into another room but because the blanket was wet with the shower water the rude receptionist told me to leave, kicked out -11 cold weather she told me to find somewhere else, I then tried to cancel the booking as I was told to leave for a wet blanket, they refused my cancel request and tried to take payment for the room I was not allowed to move into, when I messaged them on here I received a high volume of messages saying they were going to put videos and photos of me everywhere, they also made up lies and false stories saying that I made a mess, then they said I wet the bed, then they said I done this and that, I thought the messages I got on here was for another customer the rude receptionist was arguing with, my whole day yesterday was dealing eith all these messages, one of the messages said I tried to snatch the tude receptionists phone to steal immogration documents from the phone, I have no idea what these messages were about then another message came that O snatched the phone to look at the phone to laugh and play games with the receptionist something stupid, I could not believe all the messages I received and the content, all because I wrote a bad review they came after me like this, so unprofessional and rude, I was not the first customer told to leave for no reason there is a lot of negative comments and reviews about the same issues I am raising, I would advise everyone to avoid this place because they will tell lies and make up stories and kick you out and still...

Прекрасний хостел, просторий, чистий, приємний персонал, багато кімнат, світлих, дуже душевно зустріли, побалакали, рекомендую і на постійне проживання і на пару чудових вихідних

Nothing as there was noise from boiler room all night and I could not sleep, the bed sheet was too thin and the pillows were not good either, I was not given a towel at all and did not want to ask for one either, and room was very cold, and things did not work properly, shower room door handle fell off and was difficult to get a shower due to the hose not fixed properly, and staff were rude and horrible to customers. The place is not being cleaned properly either and there was no lock on the toilet door, there was not enough toilet roll and it was poor quality, and people can walk in, too many rules and bad staff attitude! Because I spilled a glass of orange juice over a blanket by mistake which I cleaned up I was told to leave and kicked out in freezing cold weather! I cleaned the room myself and wasnt thanked either just told to leave.
