The Gambo Shepherd's Hut

The location. The views !!! The quiet atmosphere. No wifi & tv ! ! Amazing . The size of the shepherd’s hut , for the two of us was perfect ! The hot tub !! The fire pit .

It’s not a complaint….. but the fact that we couldn’t always see the sea from the window …. due the weather lol !!! But that’s Wales !!

Stay was fantastic and the gambo was nice and clean So much included with the stay, towels, wash products, bedding

Walk from the car was a good Hill and maybe a issue for people less able then us. Only two small pans to cook with

Everything was spot on for us out the way and private

We had a fab one night stay at The Gambo. Beautiful location, with far reaching views over towards the sea and hills. It was very peaceful and nice to have privacy, so we could totally relax. The hot tub was nice and clean and such a treat! The hut was well equipped with everything you need and lovely comfy bed. Wish we could have stayed another night.

A great location with an outstanding view, from both the hut and the hot tub, over the town of Kidwelly and the estuary. Local shops nearby and only a short drive to a beach.

Although a minor point, maybe the addition of a toaster to allow for toast etc in the morning and a couple of small shelves by the bed to hold night drinks medication etc. not having these in no way affected the stay, there are just a possible enhancement.

Bed was soooo comfortable! Hot tub lush!

Gambo Shepherd's hut was very clean and comfortable. Great location- easy to access the village of Kidwelly for shops/restaurants. Fabulous hot tub and amazing views. Inside the shepherd's hut there was an electric radiator as well as a wood burning stove so it is perfect for the colder months. Well equipped with a kitchenette that included a hob and refrigerator, and all essential utensils for basic cooking.
