Newly Build 2BR Property with free parking

Clean, comfortable and excellent communications from the host about the property.

I couldn't get the telly to work. Maybe that's just me but I don't think so.

Instructions to the property were clear and concise

The entrance to the property was untidy. The two outdoor seats were dirty and the cushions were unusable. The kitchen utensils were dirty, and the cups were stained with tea. They had to be washed before use. The one bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable and noisy from the broken springs. You can clearly hear the television from the attached property. The beds are not double they are more like 3/4 There were only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for 3 people. There are no smoke alarms in the property or fire blankets/ extinguishers in the kitchen. The fridge freezes the food.

Good access for where wanted to visit. Satisfactory and safe off street private parking Kitchen reasonable but could have done with a “fish slice” for flipping eggs, egg cups and a few more table knives

The mattresses were truely horrendous and both should REPLACED. The beds are really 3/4 not doubles and would be a very tight squeeze for two adults. Outside the branches of the tree near the front door. They over hang alot and if your 6 foot a real pain. The back cushions on the two chairs outside the door could do with washing and the only one for one the seat bases needs throwing away, it was horrible.

Owners live on the site which is decent until I asked for my refund which they refused even though I didn’t spend the night at the property

The hygiene was concerning as it wasn’t professionally taken care of due to the amount of dirt on the floor and kitchen equipment wasn’t clean cloths were already used & dirty upon arrival the smell of the damp rag on the radiator also made the apartment smell awful the walls connecting the main house to this extra property are thin so I could hear everything and anything to cupboards being closed & open which was irritating. I wish the tenants had handled this ordeal better however I guess the money was more important than keeping clientele.

Had everything expected. Helpful owner always responded to any message.

The host couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. The property was clean, well located for our purpose and safe, quiet and cheerful. 100% excellent.

Good Wi-Fi. Comfortable beds, good hot water in kitchen and bathroom, nice kitchen, very clean. There could have been a hand towel in bathroom. I liked the flat one level as I don't like stairs. Gret having car parking place right next to unit. Lovely warm comfortable beds.

There was no proper soap in the bathroom and not enough towel rails. No kitchen paper in the kitchen. There was not enough room for 3 or 4 people in bedrooms at the side of the bed in both rooms.

Super cosy! Had a lovely big garden and the landlord was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!
