Location and size of suite. Bed comfy. AC in living room and bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed including frig /freezer. Price was good. Detailed pdf of what to do. Map and Spain book available to use. Fluffy towels.

Only communicates via what's app. We prefer more personal touch. Open outer door and suite door via app - outer door worked on my spouse's phone but needed my WiFi. Suite door only worked on my phone. Minor inconvenience. Shower needs upgrade.

The apartment and the location was great. Very lovely in a modern style and very clean. Has everything you need. The location is close the attractions in the old city part.

I didn't get the necessary informations about the key code. I got an app of the entrance door that I didn't know what to do with it. I had the luck that someone get out in the same time when we were waiting. The cleaner give us the key door. I let know the owner at what time I will be there. If that girl wasn't there , I could wait for an hour until I will get the access. And in the middle of my stay, the owner asked for permission to get inside for letting towels for the next ones, when we were check out away before the time.( 7.00 am). The check out is at 11:00. Not everything is about money. If you imput rules, you have to respect the privacy.

A great stay in a quiet lane in the heart of Seville. Location was excellent - we enjoyed being only a 5 minute walk to the bus and right amongst shops, cafes and restaurants. The accommodation was spacious and tidy with a kitchen, washing and drying facilities and great working air con. The building is grand and beautiful, with lots of lovely plants, but note there is no lift and several staircases to reach the apartment. The host was good to deal with over Whatsapp and provided detailed information for accessing the apartment. It is good to know in advance you need to download an app to unlock the main entrance and door to the apartment. We wished we had’ve read the message earlier and downloaded over wifi. The electronic lock system works well, but you need to have a charged phone and the code only worked for one device. I would HIGHLY recommend getting a hard key as a back up in case your phone runs out of battery. Unfortunately, we were staying here during the Spain power outage in April 2025 and only had electronic keys. We were locked out for a several hours and asking for a hard key would’ve saved us some stress. Other than this, we had a lovely stay.

I loved the apartment except the stairs were horrible with all the luggage. So bring a medium bag :)

Beautiful and typical building. Very quiet. Ideally located. The owner is taking care of you by phone. Be sure to clarify with him the way to enter.

Great Location, property was exactly as pictured. Bed was comfy/firm a little on the small side. Well equipped with fantastic washing machine. Helpful host.

The entry code App was awful… we couldn’t locate the ‘device’ on Bluetooth and spent ages re attempting. After 45mins we were kindly let in and given access to a ‘real key’ which was great. Many others have struggled with App recently so would strongly suggest an alternative. There is a bath but not the hot water supply isn’t adequate for it. The shower is a better option.

The location was fantastic and it was a very comfortable apartment with a lovely courtyard. Clear detailed instructions prior to our visit on how to enter the property.

We had a query about the lock but we got a very quick helpful response.
