I requested to keep some flowers or balloons but they didn’t even took any initiative after charging 4000 for 1 night. At the time of check out there was no one available at the FD and had to wait for 15 min. Very bad experience.

The overall stay of 2 days was extremely good, the staff was very helpful and attentive on requests. The location of hotel was accessible to mail attraction and nearby to beach and from few rooms you can see the sea also.

Service was completely normal . Nobody ask atleast water even though they allotted late rooms.

I love about location, hotel amenities and room they shown on online media. When v entered in hotel they allot us room late by one hour. V have six group of friends and had two rooms. V travel from long way. And v were tired. After then when v check I rooms, v want to enjoy in the pool. But the water was not clean. Only I try to jumper in but it also had damaged tiles and stones were come in the feet. V expect that pool might be clean next day morning but it was getting dirty day by day. V had not enjoyed even next day. So hotel pride elite distroy my whole journey enjoyment. Because I was hurt by injoury, v check the room next day. As a gentle man guest v paid them fool amount without any kind of argument. While I am complaining about those situations, management deny to reimburse of any kind of money. Even I share my injoury pics to them. I recommend to others not to visit this resort unless and until they short out my issue and still the pool is really dirty and hazardous. Hotel pride puts us in risk without anykind of intimation. Even though their manager still doesn't not know about this risky pool. My recommendation is to others is Nov to visit such hotels
