Aqua & Terra Traditional Cave Houses

I booked three bed rooms villa for 8 persons, so I got whole apartment (which is 1 bedroom + 2 bedrooms villa) and it is traditional cave house!. Everything is great. Location is perfect! We are exactly in the middle of Oia.It is closed to main square, bus stop, supermarket and parking area. The view is amazing! Kids enjoyed playing in little pool. Breakfast was served to villa with good taste.Artemis(the manager) is very helpful, she answered every my questions very quickly and arranged guys to carry our luggages and also private van from ferry to apartment in good price. We loved to stay here.

None No sunset view here, but you can see sunrise instead. :)

Nice view, clean and very helpful staffs

Location is a bit not ideal, facing away from the sunset and getting cold in the afternoon. Too many steep steps to get to the terrace which is lack of privacy from the nearby tourists and cushions are wet unsuitable for sun-bathing

Прекрасное место чтобы провести в Oia несколько дней. Традиционный пещерный дом просторный, прекрасно оборудован всем необходимым, кровати удобные, две большие спальни. Бассейн. Сверху огромная двухуровневая терраса. Пять лежаков, диванчик, столик. И самое главное - сумасшедший вид, который будет с вами во время всего пребывания. Встреча восхода солнца с чашкой кофе, что может быть лучше! Бутылочка вина в подарок при заселении. Помощь с багажом. Прекрасно!

Было бы нечестно не рассказать о минусе, только одном. Над террасой находится одна из самых популярных view point. Терраса закрыта тентом, но шум толпы не даст заснуть, если вам захочется. Есть решение - позитивный настрой и на крайний случай беруши (ear plugs). В любом случае (см выше) потрясающий вид затмевает все.

Our host Artemis was extremely accomodating, kind, and helpful. Ervin helped us with our luggage and was super nice too! The villa offered breathtaking views of Santorini and the villa itself was clean, spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. We really had the best time, huge thanks to Artemis and the villa staff.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die atemberaubende Aussicht von der Terrasse. Einfach unglaublich. Der perfekte Ort, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren wunderschön gestaltet, sehr gepflegt und haben sofort für eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre gesorgt. Der Service vor Ort war ebenfalls großartig. Sehr hilfsbereit, immer freundlich und mit einer Herzlichkeit, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. An der Unterkunft habe ich wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Ich kann sie nur weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder!
