Our stay was absolutely perfect. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel felt safe at all times, and its location was great we could easily walk to many places nearby. One of the best parts of our stay was how the team organized activities and tours for us. They helped us with so many things and were always ready to assist with a smile. The food and drinks were also delicious and satisfying. A special thank you to the women at the reception they were incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly, and truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We felt like we were at home throughout our stay. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff is very nice and they are trying to do all it's possible to make your stay very enjoyable. The massage I took was exceptional.

There were some issues with the hot water, but after signaling it the problem was solved. Also the first room that we got had a kind of a mold smell or maybe it wasn't aired enough and we asked to change it and the lady from reception was very nice and offered us other options immediately.

Superb location, only 5-10 minutes from Mirissa beach. Staff were very attentive and the hotel was clean. The pool area certainly a feature point

Staff walking up down stairs and communicating to each other loud/abruptly yelling over distance disturbed the peace often. Air conditioner tended to leak

A medence és környezete, a szobához tartozó terasz közvetlen kijárattal a kertre, szálláshely csodaszép növényekkel teli udvara, a figyelmes és segítőkész személyzet és az, hogy közel volt (kb. 200 m )a fürdésre és hosszú sétára invitáló óceánpart. A szálláshelyre vezető utcában nagyon sok apró hangulatos “étterem” van melyekben igen nagy a választék, mindenki megtalálhatja a számára megfelelő ételt.

Hiányzott, hogy nem volt szék a szobában, sajnos nem volt melegvíz a mosdónál és a terasz felőli ajtó nem záródott rendesen, illetve a wifi nagyon gyenge volt.
