Comfortable bed. Kitchen has a lot of things you'd need for eating and cooking your own meals. Also close to fast food chains so can order easily. Aircon in bedroom is pretty good. Amazing view of the city from the balcony. Sofas not too big but very comfortable. Place is pretty clean and nice touches to the living room.

Aircon in living room is very noisy and isn't as effective as the bedroom one (doesn't get to desired temperatures quicker). Could do with a microwave but no space for this in the kitchen. Shower could have a hotter setting (hottest setting still not warm enough). Internet can be slow at night. Swimming pool is only available on Mondays to Wednesdays each week and you have to pay for it.
