Cheerful 2 Bed Holiday Chalet with Gated Decking

Very clean and tidy modern chalet with its own theme that made it feel more homely. The beds and sofa were very comfortable! Lots of little extras plotted about that some may have forgotten when packing which I thought was a very helpful gesture :-) (Cooking oil, milk in fridge, Shower mat, toilet roll, fairy liquid, dish cloth, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste even a new toothbrush) Smart tv - able to log in to our Netflix and watch films with the kids. Chalets own wi fi with good connection and speed. The belle aire club and clubs play area is very close to the chalet (about a 2 minute walk!)

A couple of suggestions Maybe add a basket or two on the wardrobe shelving in the main bedroom. Also to have a set of drawers (even small set) below the hanging rail in the bunk bed room so there is somewhere to put clothing in that can’t be hung and a place to put night time drink/phone on side.

Property spotlessly clean. Great decor and location to Hemsby. Becky very helpful and kept in touch. Lovely to have complimentary tea, coffee and milk on arrival. Everything you needed is there. We had a fab week. Would highly recommend this chalet. Many thanks to Becky our host.

Not sure re the guttering at the back of the property on the property next door 🤷🏽‍♀️ as extremely noisy when it rained. Like a constant toilet flushing sound. Other than that no problems at all.

Lots of home comforts to go back to after a hard day’s touristing.

The chalet was spotless but the site itself less so, particularly the clubhouse.

Rebecca was very helpful and contacted me well in advance to advise of how to get into the chalet. The chalet was wonderfully clean, tidy and well equipped - I couldn't have asked for anything more. It was a delight to stay there. The holiday park is very close to takeaways and amusements and the beach, but it's unfortunate that most were closed during my stay as it was out of season. Although I was staying on my own, the place is quite spacious and larger groups would also find it comfortable. Tea, coffee and milk were also supplied, as well as bedding. Although I had a problem with the shower, I messaged the hosts and was called back very quickly to resolve the issue.

Locking and unlocking the front door was quite difficult and took some wrestling to get it to work. The description of the chalet didn't mention there was an electricity meter. Although there was approximately £13 on the meter when I rented it I had to purchase an additional £10 during my stay, and this additional cost should have been made clear. This is probably less of an issue during the warmer seasons, but due to the chilly weather I needed the heating on for most of the time. It was easy enough to buy the card for the meter though
