M&P’s Place Manhattan Heights Araneta City Cubao

I like the location of the place the most, since it has access to our target event and all other amenities. We can also swim, which we had to pay for separately, in the hotel's swimming pool. The room is also located at a high floor so we enjoy the city lights during the night.

The kitchen area smells. We are not sure whether it came from under the sink or behind the refrigerator, but it smells. That smell emanates towards the living room. We can close the bedroom to avoid it, but the smell has already affected the comfort factor of the place. We also deducted this to the cleanliness factor. Don't get me wrong. The place is visually clean but visuals aren't the only criteria for cleanliness.

The location was convenient for concert-goers like us since it was close to Araneta Coliseum, the unit was clean and had everything we needed, also the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to my messages. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience—highly recommend.
