Hue Crown A Luoi Retreat

A beautiful location with a very Zen feel to it. Having dinner at night outside, moon rising, very cool. Staff were super friendly nice people and helpful with everything.

Dogs barking a bit in the early hours of the morning but that's it.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The property has a calm atmosphere with a beautiful garden.

My room was perfect for just me but it could be quite tight for 2 people with luggage. Food options are limited so eat before arrival or bring supplies like I did.

Excellent well presented room - plenty of space, clean and comfortable, especially bed and pillows. Food provided was excellent both evening meal and breakfast. Oanh was very accommodating very sweet and kind. Located right near lovely waterfall which is worth a visit. Highly recommend if travelling in this area.

The bed was comfortable, room was clean. The staff was very good, especially Nga. She was very attentive and friendly.

The room gets plenty of light, but also sound as well. It was TET holiday, so the neighbor played music for hours on end but that's my luck I guess.

Really amazing hotel! VERY clean rooms and facilities, which I was really amazed with. Probably the cleanest hotel I've been to so far. Nice and welcoming staff and a great location. We didn't try the meal options, but our friends said it was great and very warming.

There are no heating options in rooms, which may sound funny for Vietnam, but we stayed in the hotel during the rain season in December when it was 15 degrees (celcius) outside (and apparently inside), and it was craaazy cold in the rooms, we were really freezing. I think it's a perfect place to stay during hot season, as the rooms do have air conditioning which just doesn't have a working heating option. This is the only bad thing I can say about this hotel and the only reason a didn't give it the perfect score, all the rest was just great! Wish them luck and hope they will be more considerate of their guests in winter and have heaters in rooms next time :)

Beautiful property, especially considering the remoteness of the location. I think it's new and the outside areas are great for travellers who like to socialise. Lady on check out was great and very friendly.

Ordering food was a little confusing. We ordered way too much as it was suggested. The food is not cooked on site, and the wait time was 2 hours, though it was very good when it arrived, just something to be aware of. There is also a local tax, which is extra. it's not mentioned when booking it is not much but just to be aware of.

Very supportive and friendly staff. Good food with reasonable price. Well-equipped room with beautiful view.
