The staff were very friendly and interesting. The house has been lovingly and impressively restored- a true labour of love. I especially loved the high ceilings and appreciated the use of a heritage colour-scheme in the decoration.

Only slight issue was that my bed creaked when I moved- this was a very minor issue and I didnt mention to the hosts as everything else was great.

The location was close to the main road towards either Killarney or Cork. Once you found your way to the House it was easy to locate. The breakfast choice was superb. I am indebted to the lady who runs the Guesthouse and her husband (sorry I forget their names) who went out of their way to help in getting me enough Diesel for my journey back to Belfast during the recent fuel crisis. You are stars!

There was nothing to dislike. The stressful situation in the wider area caused by the road blockages was not their fault and they helped enormously to ease my anxiety..
