"Superb"

Clean, spacious.

Door lock is near to be damaged! Also, it'd be nice to improve bathroom a little. For example, add several towel hooks, toilet paper holder, glass for teeth brushes, shelf in shower cabine etc Additionally, small table and a few chairs on the balcony.
