The bed and bathroom made it easy to forget how unkept the yard and the outdoor space are. The compund looks nothing like the pictures seen online. The cookwares are old and needs to be changed. No Netflix, no prime, so make sure you have your own account. But the manager was nice to apologise for everything that I complained about. Because of the location, I could stay there again if the work is done on the property. I will say a 6/10.

I loved the location and the property.

The location of the property was good. It is close enough to the main hub of Osu where there are restaurants and shopping. I liked that there was a washing machine. I liked that the management allowed early check in. The staff members were pleasant (but ineffective).

This apartment was a real disappointment. We had booked for 4 nights. Upon arrival, we observed the sofa in the living room to be badly stained with, what looked like, bodily fluids. The bed sheets and the blanket underneath the bed sheets were dirty and soiled. There were only two coffee mugs and one was chipped. There was black mold in the bathroom and the bath rugs were disgustingly dirty as though they have never been washed. There was a brush at the kitchen sink with a dish sponge. The brush was extremely dirty and full of hair and other debris. I’ve never seen anything like it. We sent management the photos and they kept apologizing but really never did anything about the issues. As there was no inventory on site, the management agreed to have someone deliver clean sheets and extra towels for us. It took more than an hour for the “clean” sheets to arrive but they were dirty as well. The sheets and towels had been openly transported on the seat of a car rather than placed in a parcel to protect them. We never received a replacement mug and later ended up purchasing one for our use. The conditions in this apartment were so bad that we would have checked out the same night but because we had already paid, management claimed that they weren’t able to cancel the reservation and refund our money. On the following morning, we observed staff urinating in the gutter at the front of the building. Ugh! Only once were we able to use the outdoor seating area (after covering them with towels) because the staff would occupy the space. Clearly, these are training issues. After check out, management agreed to refund us half of one night’s stay. I unhappily accepted it but then they asked me to sign a non-disclosure agreement in order to get the money. I strongly disagreed with a loud “Hell No”.

The room is the same as the picture. It is spacious and clean.

If booked for 2 guests, the host should ask for additional stocks like a towel, a duvet.

It is good apartment good location, center of the city, very quiet and cozy place. Fully equipped and nicely organized. The person in charge is kind and very respectful. I Recommend Avery apartment 😊
