"Modern villa with everything you need!"

A lovely modern villa with excellent pool & beach very close. Great amenities in the villa in a quiet not touristy area. The owners are so helpful and friendly and did so much for us.

"Beautifully peaceful villa"

A fantastic villa with lovely owners. We’d love to come back here. Great base for exploring other areas. Villa has everything and the pool and garden area are a real treat. Lovely beach with beach bar is 5 mins walk

"Perfect venue for relaxing in the summer"

Lovely modern villa with air con. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Beds were very comfortable and the villa was equipped with everything you need. The pool was amazing and a lovely temperature, I could have spent all day in there! 5 minute walk to the beach and cafes, also 5 minute walk to local restaurant with amazing pizza. Approx 30 mins from Syracuse, 50 minutes from Catania airport. Multiple supermarkets 10 mins drive away. Hosts were lovely and responded promptly to queries, also dropping off local pastries and ensuring the villa had all the essentials when we arrived. A car is essential for going further afield. Parking available on site, entry by security gate. Would definitely recommend for a short or longer stay.

"Beautiful,peaceful and comfortable stay."

Great villa, beautiful grounds and pool. Modern up to date facilities, beach five minutes walk with nice beach bar. Two really good restaurants within walking distance too. Owners lovely too, met us with keys and showed us around. Even brought lemons and pastries and bread too, really nice.
