Nice big apartment, friendly and helpful host. The location was perfect for our purpose of travel.

The bus is 2 minutes away and the nearest metro station is at 9. From the Oceanographic you are at 30 min distance of walking. The host was very helpful even prior our arrival and offered us info about the location and where to find something to eat at midnight. The apartment have coffee machine, bread baker, plates, glasses, cups, microwave, stove, washing machine, cupboards, fridge, kitchen paper, all bathroom accessories. Two supermarkets are nearby (5-6 minutes away), one Carrefour (6-8 minutes away) open also during the night, one Indian shop open until 23.00.

A very noisy apartment from outdoor and indoor. If you want a spacious apartment, do not have problems with the noise and you don't emphasize the degree of comfort that a location offers (old but well organized), then this apartment is all you need for your vacation. I choose it because of the separated rooms (2 bedrooms) and the space that I could see it in photos and read in the reviews. I knew that it was an old, traditional location. It didn’t bother us much as we intended to visit a lot in Valencia and return only for sleeping and take breakfast. I read many comments also about the noise, but I thought that this problem could be solved with shutters or thermal isolation. In fact, it was the most noisy apartment that I have rented since I’m traveling! The noise is coming from outdoor (the leaving room and one bedroom face the street) and also from the indoor (the walls are very tiny and the space between the apartments is very small so you can hear the neighbor as it is with you in the same room or you hear the noise from neighbors’ toilets)). The thermal insulation does not do its job and neither do the shutters. We couldn’t sleep even we have use earplugs starting with the second night.

Location was ok with public transport practically outside door.

Apartment was very basic. No comfort on sofa or with fake leather cushions for reading. Could do with soft furnishings & lamp.

We had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was wonderfully clean and comfortable. It’s a good location - although not in the centre of Valencia, we walked there a number of times. And it’s walking distance to the beach. Also, there’s a metro station not far away. There are good places to eat nearby and plenty of supermarkets. And the host was very helpful and responsive.

The apartment is nice and spacious, has everything you woild need on your holiday. The host is very nice and responsive, and did everything they could to accommodate us. We're very pleased and woild definitely be back.
