A surcharge of 15 EUR applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Our Villa is located on a plot of 630m2, containing two independent houses, fully equipped to welcome our guests. House 1 has 150m2, 3 bedrooms (one suite), large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a beautiful balcony. House 2 has 55 m2, 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The Villa has an 8x4 yard covered and heated swimming pool, garden, swings and parking. These items are found in common areas, and must be shared by guests of both houses, if both are occupied. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 30 EUR per stay, per pet.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Péssimo serviço, mau anfitrião."

Não gostei da atitude do Sr. Pedro. 4 adultos e 2 poodels. Após a reserva mencionar 1 quarto, no chat confrontei o anfitrião e ele confirmou que teríamos a casa grande. Posso dizer que a falta de carácter é coluna vertebral é fabulosa e merece 5 estrelas. E 5 estrelas para Booking.com para a cumplicidade com este senhor. Em 24 meses comprei férias através de Booking.com no valor de 20.000,00€. Porque tenho carácter, hoje a Booking.com perdeu um cliente. Há outras plataformas que são mais sérias e não são cúmplices de anfitriões sem carácter. Desejamos a ambas as partes muito sucesso e que melhorem os vossos serviços.

De nada. Não percebo o conteúdo deste questionário quando ambos sabemos que permaneci no imóvel menos de 20 minutos, suficiente para fazer um vídeo do anexo que me ofereceram

El apartamento estaba impecable y la piscina tambien estaba bien

El vecino se quejó del uso de la parrilla y del ruido (inevitable) y normal de un grupo de personas que se junta a cenar . Innecesario para un fin de semana

"Accomodatie met potentie"

We verbleven hier een week met ons gezin van 2 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen. Het huis heeft veel ruimte en het zwembad was heerlijk voor de kinderen. De laatste dagen was het huis naast ons niet bezet, dus hadden we het rijk voor ons alleen. De locatie is top, dicht bij het strand (daar hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt) en ook nog prima te doen voor een dagje uit naar Lissabon centrum. We hebben de eigenaar niet persoonlijk gezien maar we zijn prima geholpen met inchecken op de late avond.

Er is wat gebrekkig onderhoud (oa kastjes vallen uit elkaar en er liggen hier en daar kapotte spullen en meubels zowel binnen als buiten). De bedden vonden we niet prettig, ik voelde de veren in mijn rug. Maar dat is wellicht persoonlijk. Daarnaast zijn we het zelf wat schoner gewend (vloer was niet schoon, schimmel in de douche, tosti-ijzer zat vol kaas etc). Oftewel: het is een prima plek met potentie, maar kan wat extra zorg en een update gebruiken!
