The hosts kept tossing me between themselves. I would have to go back to the other to say there's no response from the one I was referred to. They ended up ignoring me and my concerns. The microwave was not close to any plug. There was an extension cord that could only connect the bar fridge or microwave at a time. At some time I forgot to plug the fridge back. It took about an hour upon my arrival for Netflix to work. I couldn't watch TV. I asked if I could be moved to another room the male host told me the room I asked for had a flushing problem as communication was via WhatsApp. When I asked the guy on ground he knew nothing about the problem. It was only after I told him what the host said that the poor guy embarrassingly agreed. The bathroom window doesn't close and doesn't have a handle. The door doesn't lock from the outside. A lot of ant poison powder everywhere, I was travelling with a child.

The place is so clean and neat. I highly recommend
