L'altra casa del Cervino

La struttura è situata nel centro di Cervinia, comodissima. È una casa sicuramente accogliente, perfetta per una coppia. Alessandro è persona reattiva e disponibile per ogni esigenza.

Bagno cucina un po’ piccoli, manca il bidet.

We were 4 people and there was enough space for us. All beds were comfortable. Dining table was big and kitchen had everything we needed. Location just in front of the skiing lifts couldn't get better. All services were close.

The accommodation process was problematic; no one was waiting for us. The host did not answer three of my calls. The concierge also had no information about our arrival. We waited on the stairs. Our second day was ruined because the host harassed me with calls about an additional payment. I was traveling with my partner and a child. When making the reservation, I thought I was booking an apartment and didn’t realize I needed to add the child, as is done usually only in hotels. Although I paid tourist fees for three people for two days, the host demanded an extra payment of 40 Euros - on top of the already over 200 Euros paid—he called, sent messages, and even sent the concierge to our apartment. This ruined our day.

Close to the lift. Enough room for a couple. Feel very safe. Central to everything. Price was very reasonable. Photos on website are actual
