3 Bedrooms 3 Baths Victorian style Townhouse Fully Furnished

Batangas was a 👍 visit

It is spacious, has 3 toilets and bathrooms, and the kitchen is spacious and easy to use.

The cooking utensils and tableware were dirty and needed to be washed before use. The management should clean them more.

I like how the subdivision/village had security guards at the gate, we felt safe and they were friendly too! The location was really close to the mall so that was a plus. The beds, and blankets were comfortable. Nice and Cold AC love that!! I love how the tvs had netflix, youtube etc.. Good communication with the owner/management. :)

What we did not like about the place are the remote controls — the aircon in the living/dining area and the tv in the master bedroom ( I think it might just need new batteries or who knows). The entrance door was also having trouble unlocking so imagine getting locked out for like half hour. Cleanliness of the townhouse it needs improvement, the refrigerator & freezer were turned off so it was building a bit of mold already, but that can be fixed as long as nobody turns off the appliance or just leave it open if you want it shut off (just a piece of advice coming from a Chef). This house is pet friendly so it does need a good cleaning. Also might provide more towels or just state on your ads limited towels.
