Spacious and cozy.

Big apartment. The master bedroom was huge. It was really awesome. Good Location. Patrick was always on his toes, which is awesome, thank you Patrick.

The toilets could have been cleaned better, the floor was slippery n sticky whn wet, shows that it hasnt been scrubbed for sometime and it has an unpleasant smell n some of t fixtures looks like it need to be repaired n rusty parts. One more thing. It would be very useful to put a microwave at the kitchenette.

The location was pretty good if you are primarily staying around Nagoya. It is also very near the terminal.

The facilities need to improve. The hall toilet sink seemed like it was about to fall. The single room did not have air-conditioning either.

The room was very spacious but it needed to be kept clean. The pillows and sofas an awful drooling smells. I hope the owner can keep the room with cleanliness as it has a good city view. It's very windy too. Good location because it's just a walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall and easy access to nearby food stalls. The staffs were helpful and friendly.

I don't like the smell on the pillows and dust on the room floor. I hope the owner would get rid of the smelly pillow that was kept in the cupboard too.

The toilet smelt bad. There was a huge cockroach that i had to ask my helper to help me killed it. The flush in the toilet didnt work that well and had to ask the housekeeper to come over and fixed the flush because the cockroach did not flush down well. And that got me thinking if i were to do big business how will that be? The water boiler was dirty. Booked this hotel because i saw alot of good reviews about it. Probably luck wasnt on my side that i received a bad experience.
