Nice, clean, well equipped Comfy beds Spacious balcony

Walls are somewhat thin and early mornings are not always quiet thanks to neighbors

Did not expect those high ceilings — tall enough to inspire a whole second floor in my head (not that the place needed it). Four people can very comfortably sleep, eat, and sip blanco afrutado either inside or out on the terrace. Augustus was super responsive, polite, and chill — with great taste too. The apartment had decor I could totally imagine stealing for my own home (don’t worry, I resisted). Fast internet, TV with all the extras, and a location in Los Cristianos with parking — and not just theoretical parking, actually easy to find every time. If you’ve driven in Tenerife, you know that’s a blessing. The terrace faces a courtyard with a pool, so yes, you might hear some kids. But hey, it’s vacation. The self check-in? Foolproof. I didn’t even need to read the instructions — just followed the arrows in the pics. Whether you’re flying solo, paired up, in a trouple, or a group of four — this place has you covered. (Not all at once, though. Let’s not get wild.)

Loved everything.

The apartment was very well appointed and exceptionally clean - it felt very bright, modern and airy. It had everything we needed as a family of four. The sofa bed and bed in the bedroom were both large and comfortable. There was plenty of storage space. We very much enjoyed making use of the balcony for meals and relaxing. The pool was clean, refreshing and a decent size; our boys loved that it was accessible until 9pm! Augustus couldn’t have been more helpful or responsive to any queries we had. He also provided really clear check-in instructions. The apartment was well located for getting to various beaches, restaurants and bars, and travelling further afield. We would definitely recommend and would love to return at some point ourselves!

Comfortable apartment, equipped with all necessary facilities, especially the kitchen, easy to make e great breakfast. Comfortable bed and very nice terrace to enjoy the mornings.

Exactly what we needed, the space was well laid out and beautifully finished and had everything we needed.

Unfortunately the pool was being refurbished during our stay but this was notified in advance

The apartment was simple, clean and the nights were quiet, no loud bars to be heard. The pool was nice, suitable for small kid, too. We particularly enjoyed the comfy sofa on the balcony. Also, the communication with the host was great - quick, friendly and kind.

Nothing to dislike for us. Keep in mind that it’s a little bit of a walk to the beach - but that’s obvious from the address and wasn’t really a problem.

Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. You will find everything you need there. The bed was very comfy. Nearby there are grocery stores, bars and restaurants. The pool is not crowded, it was mostly empty, there are plenty of sunbeds available. The internet works very well. Very good contact with the owner and easy check-in. I would definitely come back again.

We love this area, good restaurants near the accommodation, Apartment looked just like the pictures, bright, clean and comfortable. Plenty of bedding and towels left. Sun on the balcony from about 1.30 pm June/July

Location was very hilly, might be a problem for people with walking difficulties ? also if you are older and have luggage there are quite a few steps to navigate on the complex to move the baggage around. ( NONE of this was a problem for use ) Just want to do an honest review. As we did help a few people with there luggage down a few of the steps ( from differ apartments, on the complex) No Lift
