- The apartment location is convenient and central. - The apartment itself was acceptable for a short stay.

Initially, I only left a rating without detailed comments. However, after the host retroactively cancelled my completed reservation following my negative feedback, I feel it is important to explain my experience more clearly for future guests. I stayed at this property for 1 week, and there were several issues that negatively affected the stay. - The shower does not have a proper shower holder, and after every shower the bathroom floor becomes completely wet. Water also flows from the bathroom area into the kitchen. - The kitchen is poorly equipped: there was no proper kitchen knife, very limited workspace, and the old electric stove was in poor condition. Some burners did not work at all, while the working ones heated extremely slowly. - There was an unpleasant sewage-like smell coming from the bathroom into the main room, so it was necessary to keep the bathroom door closed constantly. - Only half a roll of toilet paper was provided for a 1-week stay, so I had to buy additional supplies myself. - The bed linen smelled stale and not fresh, as if it had not been dried properly after washing. After I checked out and submitted an honest negative review, my reservation was retroactively cancelled even though I had already completed the stay and paid in cash. Because of this experience, I do not believe the displayed ratings can be fully trusted, as negative feedback may not always be reflected accurately. I recommend future guests keep screenshots, messages, and proof of payment, especially if paying outside the platform.
