"Small but a great place to stay."

I was only in the shepherd's hut for one night but it was a great place to stay. It was comfortable and the cooking facilities are amazing for somewhere so small. Gary, the host, was excellent and gave me lots of useful info when I moved in, both about the accommodation and the local area. There are nice walks with good views from the doorstep and it was great to be able to walk home just across the car park after a pint!

"well worth a visit"

My first time in a shepherds hut! it had everything i needed. The location was exactly what i wanted the staff and locals were the friendliest people i have met in a long time, The Blue Bell serves many local brewed beers and has an extensive selection of Gin's Halkyn is a quiet village almost at the top of Halkyn Mountain the views are spectacular well worth a visit

i cant think of any negatives
