- full appartment with kitchen and fridge - good location in Miramar - possibility to do laundry for £2

- the building is very old and the entrance seems a bit dodgy - it could have been cleaner - the air-conditioning in the room didn't always work properly

Great location, but very hard for Ubers to find. Apparently there are 2 different condos in the same building. The entrance for this one is hard to find. Ask Louis to send you instructions in Spanish so you can share with the Uber drivers. Otherwise you might get stuck walking down flights of stairs with your luggage or trying to explain directions in Spanish.

The wifi is weak and sometimes not available. I was there for a week for business and the wifi was a sore spot in the trip. Also, the water was shut off for over 3 hours one morning and no one was available to help. It finally came back on and fortunately didn’t go off again during my stay.

You will not find a better place for your money. Dull kitchen, TV in living room and bedroom with Roku.very clean, great scenery and great price. Communication was excellent. Everything is in walking distance, food,beaches, and casino. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils, plates, cup and a ice cube maker. Will be staying here again if it is available.

There was nothing not to like here.

Parking situation and too many street cats around .

The bed was comfortable. The apartment was clean and tidy. There was a great view out the window. Parking was safe and easy.

Due to my unfamiliarity with the area, and limited accuracy of my navigation system, the apartment was difficult to fine. All the clues were there in the directions given by the owner, but I had difficulty putting them together. I must say that the owner was quite helpful and cordial even though I called him around midnight or after.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had a great view. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (the only thing we would have liked to have is a kettle, although there is a pretty much everything else. Coffee maker, stove, fridge, plenty of pots/pans/utensils/everything else you would need and brita filter). Parking was a bit confusing at first but Louis was very responsive and helped clarify some things including at 1 AM in the morning, which we really appreciated, and turns out the parking lot is visible from our window which is great. We arrived after dark so it was a bit scary at first since we were unfamiliar with the area, but the next day we walked around the area which is close to Miramar and quite well lit on the big roads.

It was a little bit confusing on how to get there (the Google Maps location is hidden behind the 602 building), and it took some correspondence to figure out where the parking lot is. I think it could be easiest to receive a picture of the parking lot screenshot beforehand, but this was fixed quickly with a message with Louis who was a wonderful host.

I love the location is close by walking to the convention center and T-Mobile arena, amazing restaurant around all walking distance. The apartment has everything you need simple but comfortable, I found everything I need to make little breakfast and keep waters and food storage in the fridge, I love the view to the canal and port! owner left paper towel and extras at the kitchen that help me to cook and have facilities to clean and make thing quickly l, I was impress with the amount of electronic he has in the kitchen from microwave to a expresso maker. the beds where so comfortable and the sofa bed was even bigger the the doble bed 3 kids can sleep perfect and has an actual mattress a two full size ones. all looks clean and in lace in arrival. A/Cs works perfect, hot water all the time… people from the building very kind and helpful all Ubers know the location so was easy to arrive all the time. the building is alway clean and well maintained, nice decoration for Christmas as well!

I may just suggest better quality towels and extra ones for long stays, soon extra kitchen pans and utensils that get broken or mess from lots of people use, other than that I was so happy in the apartment.
