חניה פרטית של הבניין בתשלום של 50 שח ללילה, סביב,הבניין יש מצוקת חניה ונאלצנו לחנות רחוק וללכת ברגל. בנוסף, צ'ק אאוט מוקדם מהרגיל- בשעה 10:00 כשמקובל בכל המקומות ב11:00, כל הארכה כרוכה בתשלום נוסף
