Magnificent apartment, close to the beach, in Estepona

The complex is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. Everything feels new, clean and of a high standards. The host is responsive, helpful and quick to answer any questions. The apartment is spacious and equipped with all the amenities and comforts you need during your stay. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

The beds were a little on the firm side, but that is of course a matter of personal preference. It was also a bit disappointing that the swimming pool closes at 6PM (May 2026). Finally, the accommodation is located slightly uphill, which was not an issue for us, but it may be worth noting for some guests.

Not enough for 4 hot water for 4 people

El apartamento muy bonito todo muy limpio y confortable, la única pega es que la puerta del apartamento cuando llegamos no abría con la aplicación que me dijeron que se abría... después de llamar mas de 20 veces en mas de 30 minutos esperando a que alguien nos cogiera el teléfono en 3 líneas que aparecía del apartamento y de urgencias. Con dos niños que yo lleba va , tardaron mucho en atenderme por teléfono .

Que tardaron mas de 30mit en atenderme el teléfono para poder abrir la puerta , ya que la aplicación que me dijeron estaba dando problemas La picina climatizada esta fría , un propietario de allí de la urbanización me comentó que siempre a estado en buena temperatura, pero tuvieron que bajarla para ahorrar en facturas , un acuerdo de la comunidad.

Modern appartement met goede voorzieningen, mooie ligging hoog op een berg in de buurt van de haven van estepona met zicht op zee, personeel van home watch zeer behulpzaam, fijn zwembad bij de accomodatie met toezicht van een life guard die ook heel aardig was, de fitness is ook goed, wij hebben genoten met onze zonen van 10 en 13 jaar op deze fijne plek. Een auto is wel aan te raden om naar andere delen estepona en marbella te kunnen gaan

We are still rotting for our deposit to be returned over a week later. Not acceptable. They have taken our €400 security deposit and not returned it as of yet. I’ve had to chase twice now.
