Il fronte mare certo l'ho apprezzato era quello che cercavo sicuramente...peccato non aver potuto accedere alla terrazza che anche se segnalata nell annuncio mi è stato riferito su mia richiesta che ancora non era agibile in quanto non separata con le dovute divisioni con la la casa adiacente.Apprezzata la cucina con tutto ciò che serviva,la camera bella con materasso comodo.

Un po' di accortezza in più in quanto ho trovato ragnatele con ragni annessi in cucina, lavandino che perdeva qualche goccia d'acqua dal sifone, finestra del bagno motorizzata e non chiudibile completamente a detta del proprietario per non creare troppa umidità.

Exceptional stay in Santa Caterina – highly recommended! I spent 17 beautiful days at this villa, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Gregory from Marea was absolutely wonderful—he met me when I arrived, made sure I had everything I needed, and was always kind and helpful throughout my stay. The villa itself is incredibly well-equipped: a microwave, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, a dishwasher, and even a washing machine. It truly has all the comforts of home. As an American, I can say confidently that any American traveler would appreciate the level of convenience here—it’s everything we’re used to in the States, but with the charm of Italy. The highlight, though, is the view. You can see the Ionian Sea right outside your window—absolutely stunning and so calming. Waking up to that every day was a dream. Thank you, Gregory, for everything. I look forward to staying in more Marea properties in the future!

Comfortable , clean lovely terrace looking over the sea. Modern bathrooms amazing showers.

It was just a bit remote for us quite a distance from restaurants etc… We went in October so Literally everything was closed

Tolle Lage des Objekt direkt am Meer Gute große dichte Fenster

Auf Grund der Größe der Fenster gibt es kaum die Möglichkeit Fliegegitter oder Moskitonetze anzubringen Parkplatzsituation. Es stehen zwar kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze theoretisch zur Verfügung, jedoch kämpft man mit Anwohnern, Touristen und Besuchern des Stadtstrand um ca. 6-8 Plätze. Der Rest ist alles kostenpflichtig mit Bargeld, Karte oder per EsayPark.

The location was fantastic, and we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, going down several times during the week. At one point, it was unavailable for several hours, and on another occasion, it cut out in the evening, which prevented us from finishing our movie. We also would have appreciated having more dishwasher and laundry tablets; we were only given two of each for the week. The view from the roof terrace was excellent. However, since it was April, the terrace had not yet been set up for the start of the season.

The host was very helpful with everything. Arranged transfer at last minute and kitchen equipment. Would definitely be back

This property is on the sea front , it has a sea view particularly from the roof top terrace , it has two double comfy beds a kitchen and two bathrooms , an outside space with outside shower and places to sit at the front downstairs , it is modern and very clean , the host was pleasant and polite . it is quite spacious and near to two nice beaches and some restaurants and a tobacconists, I didn't see a mini mart so you may need a car for supermarket shopping , it has oven fridge kettle and pots and pans and cutlery , also complimentary shampoos and soaps , a very nice stay marred only by rain which is in no way the properties fault . there is a dishwasher

there are no cloths or oven gloves and nothing to clean with so we struggled to clean until we bought some , also no utensils at all which could be solved by a few quid , I found it hard to cook with out spatulas and the like ,
