Old Town Flat by Concept Flats

The location is perfect, the flat looks good, the host was helpful, even when we could not find it immediately, somebody helped us nicely on the phone in the middle of the night. The size of the flat is good, balcony is there. The feeling as we entered was good.

With a bit of care it could be better. Small things could be helped- there was no liquid soap for the hands, just some funny little plastic shampoo bags. There was really nothing, it would have been nice to have at least a cofee pad for the first morning ( cost less then 1 euro). We booked for 4. The flat is actualy for 3. The small bedroom is for 1 person, there was a mattress carrier that could be theoretically pulled out under the bed, but no mattress. The Sofa in the living room very uncomfortable. Even my 20-year old (he can sleep anywhere) said it was very uncompfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be changed as well. Uncomfortable. The biggest problem is the shower corner in the bedroom. Very nice and completely useless. No hot water, no enough room for cosmetic stuff and stinks like sewer. On 4 from 7 days it was realy bad to go to sleep with the sewer smell. We knew we had to leave at 11.00. But still, we were very surprised when at 11.00 sharp there was knocking on the door and 5 women with big suitcasses were standing in the small coridorr, urging us to go out, as it is already 11.00. Not pleasant. We were ready, just grabed the coats and left. I wanted to make some more fotos before we leave, I was just half ready. No fotos of the small bedroom. It looks good, but I wouldnt go there again. Valencia is just great!!!!

Great location for exploring the historic centre. Good size/ spacious and air conditioning invaluable

Communication via the mobile number given to us wasn't effective - didn't get responses. Could do with oils/salt etc for cooking
