USThe host is phenomenal. Truly very kind and will try to go above and beyond to meet your needs. He made very good use of the space. It was small and cozy, but good enough for my family of 3. The beach is nearby but we didn't use it. We enjoyed running by it and you'll see other runners and walkers there too. There is a restaurant that will close at 1 AM which we found convenient.
To be transparent, if you are overweight then the shower may be too small to get it. But for the average size, you can step in, but you will have very little elbow space. Location is also distant from Rome. We were lucky enough to rent a car and we drove to Rome which took us 45 minutes with no traffic. I believe the train would have taken us 1.5 to 2 hours. Not many eateries around town.

ILThe equipped kitchen and the relatively low price
A lot of staires to the apartment. Very hard to open the gate. Tiny shower. Small blanket for 2. Hard drive to the airport in the middle of the night.

GBGBA last minute booking due to a delayed flight, the reservation was handled promptly and efficiently with detailed instructions on how to enter the property, which is well located in Fregene close to the beach, airport, shops. Very quiet location yet still close to Fiumicino airport. Simple parking and very clean.
A couple more coffee capsules would have been a nice touch!
BEThe room was organised in a very compact manner, but all necessary things were there. Seems pleasant area.
Unfortunately, there was noise created by neighbours during the night, and as there was wind, also a window glass was a bit noisy. I guess normally it would not be like this.
