Great house. Tracey and James were very welcoming. The property was very clean and comfortable beds. All we needed in and holiday home. Thank you both. we will be back soon..

"A Lovely Stay"

The house was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It was only a short walk into town and close to the railway station, James and Tracey were lovely hosts, we would definitely stay again.

Not really a negative but the shower room is quite small and located downstairs.

We stayed last night, its a lovely little house and exceptionally clean. The host left us drinks, milk and some chocolate bars was a nice touch.

Location for the beach & shops is excellent The house is furnished to a high standard. Hosts very accommodating.

Lower floor bathroom facilities ok for a short stay. Shutters or blinds at the front & in the back bedroom would afford more privacy when using this space.

"Great little house to stay at while enjoying the always welcoming cleethorpes."

Very clean and cosy. Very close to the all important front. Nice to have 100% privacy with the lack of having to interact with any other guests as the house is all yours.

The only issue we had was that the telly could have been a smart TV. That would have been the icing.
