Quarteira Apartamento T2 - Oceanides

Excellent location - last apartment building on the beach very close to all the restaurants and cafés on the promenade on the right and miles of wilder walking trails and beaches to the left. Being on the ground floor facing the pool would be extremely convenient in the summer as you can just jump over the balcony to be at the pool. The apartment has absolutely everything you might need for cooking and living like you're at home ( minus spices, I guess, but I wouldn't expect it to have that either). The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of bed linen, towels, pillows and blankets are available. Lovely clean bathroom with reliable hot water. There was English-speaking TV although we don't really spend time watching TV, it was nice touch. WiFi was working mostly with decent speed. We felt safe with the window shutters and additional internal extendable fence thingy (no Idea what's that called) that would prevent people at the pool from gaining access to the property via the balcony if no one is home. Unfortunately, we don't speak any Portuguese so we didn't talk much to Mrs Manuela who let us in and showed us around. But Ricardo was available via phone to help if we had any questions.

We would have liked more flexibility with check-in hours.

Accommodation utilities aplenty with good supply of bed apparel & towels. Mrs Manuela really helpful & attended to our every request even an umbrella for those rainy days! Security excellent. WiFi very good.

Lack of English speaking tv channels for the wet days!
