Kind host, nice villa and extra services in apartment

It had everything a family needed for a comfortable stay. The host greeted us with cold drinks on a very hot day, even mosquito repelent was provided for the guests. There is a bus station 1 minute away, places to eat just as close and a grocery store a few hundred meters away.

Fantastic villa to stay for a week. We wish this villa was in every city we go to. Host is excellent, friendly and very communicative and responsive. Check-in procedure via video introduction (due to late flight we could not make the agreed time for check in with the host); video was spot on and easy to understand. The villa is as expected from pictures, and perhaps even better. All you need is there and nothing to wish for. Fantastic experience, also due to the welcoming host.

The accommodation is huge it can comfortably accommodate 6 people + 1 baby (it has a cot) Large yard with parking in the yard a huge terrace with a place for morning coffee and a special place with a table for lunch (6 people). The apartment has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (jacuzzi tub and jacuzzi shower cabin)! Where 2 families can literally fit! The living room is huge plus a dining area with a kitchen (all connected). A real Italian villa to enjoy! A few steps away are butchers, cafes, pizzerias, post offices, pastry shops, parks, shops, there is also a hospital with a beautiful yard for a walk. And the center of Monce is a 7-minute easy walk away. The kitchen has everything you need at home. All recommendations for both accommodation and the host!

We enjoyed the stay at the House. for every issue we raised during our stayMasimo was very nice and responsive

Max was incredibly friendly. Nice supply of things like milk and croissants which was not expected as well as cleaning products. The apartment was very spacious and well-appointed. The car parking was fabulous.

A dishwasher would have been appreciated. It was very hot while we were there and although their were fans in the bedrooms at night it was hot.

Massimo was very helpfull. The property was huge. Fits 5 adults and 3 children easily.
