Not only was our flight delayed with children, but we were also penalized with a €100 charge — €55 for late check-in, and the rest as a tourist tax that was not previously mentioned. Our booking stated “taxes included.” The only positive aspect was the local staff member of the property management company, who was respectful and kind, and helped when I asked. However, the property is clearly overpriced. Instead of providing a simple €10 key box so that late arrivals can enter and be personally informed of the necessary details the next day, the holiday starts with an extra €100 charge on top of nearly €2000 for 7 nights. The kitchen doesn’t even include a basic starter pack — no paper towels, no napkins, no baking paper, no dishcloth or hand towel, no kettle. There’s one dirty baking tray and a poorly functioning stovetop, which we had to use most of the time. The quantity of cookware is adequate. Accomodation for 8 people, yet no dishwasher - why? In the past few years, we've had around 40 bookings in Italy, 8 of them in Sicily, and for this price, this was by far the weakest experience.

It is a very nice house with a big garden. Sergio waited for us at the property even though we arrived late because of our flight. The house was clean, we had all we needed in the bedrooms and in the kitchen. The property is in a nice neighborhood and really close to the beach.

Comfortable Villa with bid green patio in a great location. Villa is well equipped, you can find everything you need there. Villa perfectly suits for families with kids. There is a beautiful small sandy beach just in 5 minutes walk from the villa. The host Sergio is very friendly and hospitable. Definitely recommend this place!

1. The floors were dirty. White socks got dark just in a few seconds. It seems that the villa was cleaned long before our arrival and all the floors managed to get dirty during this time. With small children this was an unpleasant surprise. Perhaps in the higher season there is no such problem. 2. There were no extra trash bags in the villa. And we were informed that we ourselves must take care of purchasing garbage bags if necessary. I believe that it is the responsibility of the owner to provide all conditions for guests to maintain cleanliness in the villa.
