Caragh Lake Kerry Luxury Home - Stunning Setting

Kerry Lakeside is a beautiful property that has direct access to Lake Caragh and stunning views. While the villa is close to the main house, it feels private and tranquil. There are large windows that bring the greenery inside, but also have great electronically-controlled blinds for added privacy and a restful sleep. The kitchen has everything we needed, though we didn’t do much cooking, and the washing machine/dryer got a lot of use. The bed was comfortable, and the sofa bed worked well for our son. Killorglin is a 10 minute drive away, and Lickeen Wood just a few minutes down the road, so it is a great location for getting into town, but to also enjoying the extraordinarily beautiful nature.

We found the space adequate for 2 adults and a toddler, though it might be a little squeezy for 4 adults if they are spending much time in the villa.

We enjoyed a four night stay in the one bedroom unit on the property. The unit is compact but has everything you’ll need with a fully equipped kitchen, it even comes with a washing machine. The hosts are very friendly and respond to messages quickly. On the property grounds you’ll find a sauna and you can make use of the kayaks if the weather allows it.

We booked this accommodation based on location, being lake front and having these views from your deck as mentioned in the description. This is the case for the main house but sadly not for the smaller unit, or at least not during spring / summer whereas the plants / trees are blocking any view.

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful house overlooking the Caragh Lake. The view is really spectacular. From the luxurious shower gels, shampoos, conditioners, and body lotions to fluffy towels and beautiful bed linen,we felt spoilt the minute we entered the property. The house is showered in sunlight with a modern contemporary style, with ample space for everyone. The bathrooms also are beautifully designed and we felt like we were in a five star hotel, from having your own outdoor sauna and home cinema screen this house has an amazing feeling. Plenty of outdoor space to sit around,have a barbecue and take in the stars at night. Fishing gear is available and also some kayaks which is a great idea. A bottle of wine was left for us which was a lovely touch. We will definitely be returning to this very special property.

Absolutely beautiful house with a wonderful view of the lake. The house is adapted for a larger number of guests, very modern, and goes beyond the standards offered on the market. I highly recommend it, I hope to go back there.🥰☺️
