Все соответствует информации на Букинге. Тихое место с видом на горы и море на разумном удалении от цивилизации (1 км от пляжа, 500 м от магазинов). Все удобства как в квартире. Все новое.

У моего номера балкон был общий с соседями, выход и вход через них. Но их почти не было, не напрягло. У других номеров вход свой вроде.

We prepared breakfast by ourselves! The brother of the owner has a cafe and they serve breakfast -15 lari per person, very delicious! This is a perfect quiet place for working, I am a researcher and I came to work on a computer here. Every day, I sat on a terrace with my cup of coffee and could focus on my paper writing. The views are wonderful, one can see the Black sea and the mountains, the sea breeze is very refreshing while in the downhills it is hot. The host and the hostess were attentive and kind! Initially I did not like that Gonio beach is a bit far away, then I got used to it! It seemed that I had a sporty walk back and forth due to the hilly road!

Tangerine garden and the stream from the mountains right in front of the house - that's awesome! We can collect the fruits in autumn (I was invited to). I enjoyed relaxing at that terrace and talking to the owners - they so hospitable! They would often offer some breakfast, coffee, whatever you want. The shower is clean, rooms a spacious, and AC is installed, works fine. Beautiful view from the terrace. It's a bit away from the beach, but I would better listen to the stream than the noise from the beach. If you feel good enough, you can go up to the Gonio Cross (25 mins). Thank you, dear! Clean rooms and the kitchen has everything to cook by yourself, it's very important for me. Cool Terrace with a soft seat. I enjoyed drinking there and working at the table with a laptop. Tangerines are growing just in front of the apartment. Oranges and lemons are there, too! I picked up a few and squeezed a juice. So much of green trees and bushes around! Soundproof is quite good, Internet as well. You've got to go up the town a bit, but then you get into a silent place where you hear nothing from the beach and from the highway. Owners are just sweet and beautiful people! If you need anything else, they would do their best to bring you that! They even invited me for dinner a few times🤩 Very hospitable people 🙏 I am amazed, and I recommend this house and owner. I will come again!
