first of all the contact for balli inn at the booking.com is not correct and it troubled a lot as it was getting connected in punjab somewhere. we were expecting that they will call us once the booking date comes near but they didnt even call us. we were searching for them here and there but couldnt find. during this time we were chatting with booking.com but they were also of the least bothered. Finally on the booking date we searched for another property at Nainital.

Nothing cause there was no hotel. It's a scammer.

There was no hotel. I had to hire another hotel and that cost me a lot. I did try to call the hotel but no answer did try to message but not get any reply.
