Sun-splashed Retreat in the Heart of a Vibrant Quarter

The place is quiet and nice, to the city center around 7 min walking and to the street with Ruin bars for example, like 5 min walking. To the closest Metro station like 5 min, or tram is just in a front of the place. Even though the place has high rating, it’s clean and there’s no feeling of “so used” apartment. The pillows are clean, the couch, kitchen and bathroom. Could seem hot inside, but with AC definitely way better! The contact face Barbara is really nice🥺 I arrived before my friend, and she just asked me if I’d want an early check-in which was exactly what I needed. She’s always in touch, explaining everything and making sure you enjoy your stay. The apartment has everything for your stay, even umbrella!!🥹 so yeah, that’s defined one of my best experiences here on booking, recommend!☀️

Can't rate this apartment highly enough! Absolutely perfect space, spotlessly clean and despite the central location, there were no noise issues at all. Located on the top floor of the building (with a small lift or stairs to access) the apartment was well equipped and perfect for us (young couple). Great communication from a lovely host as well. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant experience at this accommodation. The studio is spacious, perfect for a couple, and the location is excellent. You’re close to bus stations, a variety of restaurants with different cuisines (Korean, Vietnamese, Italian – all worth trying), as well as fast-food chains like KFC and cozy coffee shops. Additionally, the location is very close to key sightseeing points, making it ideal for exploring the city. When it comes to cleanliness, everything was spotless. We had clean towels, a hairdryer, cutlery, and even cooking utensils (although we didn’t use them since we mostly ate out). The coffee machine and capsules were a great touch in the morning, and the fridge was useful for keeping drinks cool. The host was extremely kind, providing us with helpful information about bus routes and responding to messages very promptly. We couldn’t find any downsides to this accommodation. I wholeheartedly recommend it, whether for a city break or an extended vacation.

Location was brilliant. The apartment was a good size, very clean, had everything we needed and felt safe. There was good communication with our host. The decor was well thought through. Plenty of wardrobe space and the shower was hot and powerful. I liked the separate toilet. Overall a really beautiful place to stay.

The only improvement would be new pillows, as they were a bit used and lumpy. We still slept well though so not a major issue.
